In Nottingham the City has a number of other social venues which provide opportunities for the Irish Community to meet and make friends in a familiar environment similar to home: welcome – Céad Míle Fáilte.
This Club is very similar to the Nottingham Irish Centre, as it’s a Community Club. Formed by and built by the local Irish Community in the early 1960s, it provides a true social and welcoming environment for both the Irish and local community. Music, dancing and a bar are featured weekly.
A public bar with very much an Irish social atmosphere. Modern Irish Bar showing sports, including rugby & football. A pool table & darts board are available. Food is provided all day and there is a DJ & Live Music at weekends! The bar is partly built into the caves along Derby Road. Like all things Irish, you will be made welcome.
The I Club is one of Nottingham’s major venues for music and live entertainment located at the Irish Centre on Wilford St. It features a dance club & nightclub, a party & entertainment service, and a venue for concert tours. The club is run by a tenant – for details of opening and operation please contact them directly.
